Aqueous
Evening - Hidden Beach, Lake Tahoe, NV USA
Taken at Hidden Beach. It was raining hard in this photo. All I could do for the most part, was wipe my lens dry over and over again. I was eventually able to find a downward angle for a composition and keep the rain from hitting the lens. After going trough several minutes of setting up and drying, a rogue wave came and slapped me in the face, getting me completely soaked. I took the photo for 180 seconds, resulting in a very smooth transitional photo. This was the only photo I salvaged, and before I cropped it, half of the image was wet and blurry. The rocks in the foreground are beautiful and vivid, but when dry, they are bland and unnoticeable.
